Burn the Witch

A modern-day historian traces Malta’s religious past in an effort to unravel a haunting personal narrative and bring to light a story of social injustice, betrayal, and lust. The player assumes the role of an academic detective who peruses the archive and visits historical locations throughout Malta to piece together the posthumous defense of a woman who was wrongly accused and burnt at the stake as a witch in the early 17^th century.
